  • Earring orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. Orders containing other items may take up to 5 working days to be processed.

  • All UK orders are posted with Royal Mail. Delivery time varies depending on the method chosen.

    2nd class post typically takes 3 working days, 1st class 1-2 working days.

  • All earring posts are stainless steel.

    Hopps are stainless steel or gold plated stainless steel unless stated otherwise.

  • Yes, if you’d like to discuss a custom pair of earrings, please get in touch via the contact form and I’ll see what I can do!

  • There are a small selection of clip-on earrings available, but many of the designs for pierced ears can be created as clip-ons. If you’d like one of the designs as clip-on earrings, please get in touch.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are damaged on arrival.
